How to reach the Conference venue

From Termini Central Rail Station

  • Taxi: take a taxi outside the station. The journey takes approx. 10 mins and the fare is around 20 Euros.
  • Public transport: Outside the station, go to the TERMINI stop (MA-MB-FS) and take bus 360 (MUSE), (every 20 mins, journey lasts approx 20 mins). Alight after 11 stops at the ROMANIA stop, right in front of the entrance of the Conference Venue.
  • Private transfer: book with our conference organiser Daltours.

From Fiumicino Airport

  • Taxi: take a taxi outside the airport. The journey takes approx. 45-50 mins and the fare is around 50-80 Euros, depending on traffic conditions.
  • Public transportation: take the Leonardo Express train (every 30 mins, journey lasts approx. 30 mins, no intermediate stops, tickets 14 Euros) to Termini Central Rail Station, then follow the instructions as per from Termini Station above.
  • Private transfer: book with our conference organiser Daltours.


From Ciampino Airport

  • Taxi: take a taxi outside the airport. The journey takes approx. 45-50 mins and the fare is around 50-80 Euros, depending on traffic conditions.
  • Public transportation: Take the Terravision Bus outside the terminal to Termini Central Rail Station (every 20 mins, journey lasts approx. 40 mins, ticket 4 Euros), then follow the instructions as per from Termini Station above.
  • Private transfer: book with our conference organiser Daltours.
